✍️Hyas Sharo Ham!

The phobia of recurrence from the past political rancho that created multiple cracks on our wall of unity that sadly threatens the beauty of our corporate existence is raring its ugly head and snowballing fast.

The increasing murmur of the present political transition is like the sound of a beaten war drum. The fainted sound of the political crisis that terrified us barely two years ago is re- echoing and the body language of the unrepentant political loyalists on social media is not synchronous to the possibility and probability of a peaceful outcome.

The visible scenerio around us is giving me laudable palpitations and increasing heart rate with irregular waves pattern. This is a warning signal for us to tame this fierce hydra headed monster warming up for a bigger show to strangulate our hard earned peace and unity.

The obnoxious diffusing political chocking fumes calls for emergency precautionary measures to cut off the head of this fast growing baby snake before it starts spitting sporadically its fatal venom on us.

Our memory must not be short lived to have forgotten the ugly claws of politics that terrified the Hamland especially Hamites from the Jaba Local Government extraction that ravages like a political tsunami.

The physical assaults and character assassination was indeed an inflicted terror that has left the land slippery, fragile and vulnerable for even the slightest provocation.

We must not sniff the brewing toxic political atmosphere with smoke screen on our platforms at ease. The elaborate criticism and counter criticism on our platforms are a bargaining market for terror that must be swiftly dismantle. There is certainly no need for this baseless demonstration of ego that only destroys and create potential battle fields. We must not subscribe to this evil of hate.

The scars of hate are still fresh in our minds and the reconciliation healing strands that now binds us are still fragile to be tried in an extensive manner. Therefore, the sanctity of our unity must defeat the self centered forces that will want to drag us to the gate of war.

We must summon our conscience on the alter of unity and weigh our struggles on the scale of love, never to be tilted off the track.

You that confronted logics and undermined norms in the name of party politics. How market? Now that you’ve cross carpeted to the zone you once threw stones.
Are we not on the same threshold floor of self struggle for economic survival?
Of what advantage, aside from the ugly scars of guilt on our moral faces.

In the last political dispensation you were shooting sporadically unrestrained despising all moral guides from a party platform and today that you’ve cross carpeted, where is your moral justification and the wisdom that motivated your action in the first place?

Infact, there is nothing politically wrong in cross carpeting, they are decisions based on ideology but everything is destructively wrong in throwing stones indiscriminately and sowing seeds of discord in the name of political survival.

You sold our unity for 30 pieces of silver like Judas in the name of sycophancy and so called loyalty. How much value and gain did you harvest if not regrets and a show of shame? You may wish to ask Judas in hell and he will warn you better.

There is no doubt that in an ideal democratic society politics is the strongest weapon of rapid growth and development. However, the path to power must not be compromised and the blue print to leadership must carry along with it the active substance for development.

Any political ambition that do not carry along the full regalia of culture and norms lacks the aroma and potency for development. Politics must build its strongest foundation on our established morals and not on western propaganda.

We must all bear the burden of preaching moral sense one to another and see the embedded beauty in each one of us as a building block of unity and development. The bitterness you are carrying about that you find it difficult to let go is a heavy burden and a suicide bomb that once it detonates will destroy even you.

We must all accept the divine principles of leadership and followership. It is certain that at any time ‘T’ we can’t all be leaders, neither can we all be followers. Surely, everything is but for a time and season and divine chance happened to them all.

We must all accept to come together through objective dialogue and rational reasoning to champion a common course that seek to define us as a people.
For it is written
” Come now let us reason together says the Lord…”

I write without prejudice but from a passionate spirit of Ham unity and good governance. Therefore, my call for Ham Political Summit should not be view with stained screen and corrupt mindset full of inordinate ambition. It is just a civic duty to restrain our generation from breaking our moral capsule that encourages lack of orderliness and promoting societal anarchy in a society once celebrated and documented on national record to be the most peaceful in Nigeria.
