The Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Dr Abdulkadir Meyare, has declared open a two-day retreat for Senior Special Assistants and Special Assistants to the Executive Governor of Kaduna State.
Organised by the Office of the Chief of Staff, the retreat is part of the Governor’s plan to strengthen the capacity of the appointees, enhance synergy and collaboration among the SA’s and SSA’s, and improve service delivery to effectively promote the Rural Transformation Agenda and foster human development across all sectors.
Over the next two days, participants will participate in targeted workshops, strategy sessions, and collaborative planning to align priorities, improve service delivery, and accelerate development outcomes for communities throughout Kaduna State.
Other dignitaries present at the opening include the Head of Service, Jummai Bako, Chief of Staff, Sani Laiman Kila; the Commissioner of Sport, Prof Benjamin Kumai Gugong; the Commissioner of Business Innovation and Technology, Hon. Patience Fakai; the Commissioner of Youths, Barrister Gloria; the Commissioner of Information, Ahmed Maiyaki; the Special Adviser on Research, Documentation and Strategy, Mr Fabian Okaye; and the Chief Press Secretary, Ibraheem Musa.
