From the smiles of children at Modoji Primary School to the renewed dreams of families across Katsina, Governor Dikko Umaru Radda administration is rewriting the story of education for the less privileged.
Through the Department of Girl Child Education and Child Development, 500 out-of-school children. including those with disabilities and special needs. have been re-enrolled and given complete Back-to-School Kits.
For these children, it was more than just uniforms, sandals, and books. it was the gift of hope, dignity, and a second chance to learn. Their joyful faces tell the story of an administration that truly cares. one determined to ensure that no child is left behind because of poverty or background.
