The Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, has commended General Christopher Gwabin Musa (rtd) for his distinguished and selfless service to Nigeria as Chief of Defence Staff, describing him as “a symbol of courage, professionalism, and integrity.”
Governor Uba Sani made the remarks during a courtesy visit to the retired Defence Chief, where he personally congratulated him on a successful and meritorious tenure in service to the nation.
He noted that General Musa’s tenure was defined by “strategic leadership, patriotism, and an unwavering commitment to the unity and security of Nigeria.” According to the Governor, Kaduna State remains proud of General Musa’s sterling contributions to national peace, stability, and unity.
The Governor also expressed profound gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for appointing one of Kaduna State’s finest sons to such a high and sensitive national position. He described the appointment as “a reflection of the President’s inclusive leadership and trust in Kaduna’s capable and patriotic citizens.”
Governor Uba Sani further prayed for General Musa’s continued wisdom, strength, and fulfilment as he transitions into the next phase of service to the nation and humanity, reaffirming that Kaduna State will always hold him in high esteem.
“General Musa stands tall as a true patriot and symbol of dedication, courage, and excellence in public service,” the Governor stated.
